Under cover with concrete floors there are two buildings for a total of 20,000 sq. ft. to house those events that need protection from the weather.

A 2500-seat permanent grandstand
overlooking a 60' x 300' dirt area closed in with jersey barriers.

| There are approximately 15 acres of parking to hold hundreds of cars. Most of the parking areas have some lighting and are adjacent to the grounds. |  |

Operated by the Spencer Agricultural Association, a non-profit organization of 40 volunteers for the purpose of promoting agriculture. |
