Classes for beef breeds will be broken down as follows:

Heifers and Steers by age classification.

New Dress Code: White shirt or blouse with black pants or skirt

1. Bull Calf, under 6 months as of September 7^th

2. Junior Calf, January 1^st to June 1^st

3. Senior Calf, September 1^st to December 1^st

4. Junior Yearling, March 1^st to August 31^st

5. Senior Yearling, September 1^st 2004 to February 28^th

6. 2 Year Old September 1^st to August 31^st

7. Aged Cow, three years and over, born after September 1^st 2004

8. Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Beef (Ribbons Only)

9. Cow and Calf

10. Produce of Dam

11. Beef Herd (3 animals of any age)

12. Overall Beef Champion (Trophy Only)
